Purchase Commercial Property
Purchase commercial properties that have potential for significant value add by way of renovations and upgrades. We aim to own multiple physical locations across Canada in which we can operate our in-house services as well as provide leasable space to entrepreneurs and small businesses.
In Smaller Communities
Focus on small but growing communities, particularly due to the lack of childcare but also because of the demographic shift we are seeing as more young people and families move out of the big cities due to affordability.
With Community Partners and Investors
Identify community partners who are deeply invested in their communities who can take lead in running the new locations, intentionally build a community, and will share profits coming out of their location.
