What are your open hours?

Member Hours: 6:00am - 10:00pm, everyday

Non-Member/Drop-In Hours: 7:00am - 8:00pm, everyday

Welcome Desk: 8:30am - 1:00pm, M-F

Please make a booking before dropping by to ensure your preferred space is available.

Tours are by appointment only. Entry information is emailed with your first booking.

Is there parking?

Yes! There is street parking available along William Street and Odlum Drive. The Britannia Community Centre is located a few blocks away and has a large free parking lot.

Where can I find pricing?

Hot Desks range between $7-$12/hr., with discounts for members, and daily max rates.

Not ready for a membership? We offer flexible passes designed to help you try the space or work on your own schedule.

Available passes include:

• Childminding Trial Pass for $40

• Private Office Day Pass for $65

How do I find my desk or room?

Directions are available directly in the app.

Tap the (i) icon on the booking screen for location details, or view the floorplan at onespaceforall.ca/floorplan.

Is there staff on-site?

Staff are on-site throughout the day. Desks and offices are all self-serve and you receive all the information you need when you make your booking!

What equipment is included/available with my booking?

We have high speed internet, office supplies, printing, adapters, and more available for use. If you know you need a specific piece of equipment, please ensure you bring any necessary equipment for your booking. See booking descriptions for more about what is included with your booking.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Members enjoy access to spaces, services, and amenities at all Vessel Designs coworking locations, preferred booking rates, flexible cancellation policies, shorter minimum bookings, and more. See all Memberships.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes! Please read our Pet Code of Conduct prior to bringing your pet.

Why book at OneSpace?

Can I take calls or meetings in the space?

Yes. Please be mindful of noise levels in shared coworking areas. We offer a complementary phone booth on a first-come, first-served basis for short calls.

For longer or private calls, we recommend booking a meeting room or micro office.

Is childcare available?

Yes. The Children’s Atelier is a childminding service available to members while they cowork.

Childminding is booked and priced separately from coworking.
