We would love to invite you to celebrate Karen’s 3-year anniversary at OneSpace by looking back on the beautiful journey she has had with us over the years as our Childcare Provider, and the meaningful connections she has created with our mini-Members along the way. It's time for celebration!
Karen in the Children's Atelier
Three years ago, Karen joined our team, and we could never have imagined the wonderful impact she would have on our community. She's truly a gem.
Her dedication is evident in the excitement on our mini-Members’ faces as they come up the stairs heading the Children's Atelier, eager to see their friends and Karen. Or when they don’t want to leave because they’re having so much fun with her.
It’s also in those moments when a parent stops us in the hallway to tell us what an incredible job she does, or when parents who used to bring their children to OneSpace stop by just to say hi to Karen and show her how much their little ones have grown.

Where The Magic Happens
Always with a smile on her face, Karen creates a magical world inside the Children's Atelier.
Our space gives her the tools she needs to shine. With her ECE background and experience, she gives parents peace of mind and a gentle transition for their little ones — especially children who have never been in childcare before.
Our small-group childminding helps build a stronger bond between the children and Karen. It also creates a calmer, more harmonious environment for snack and nap times, welcoming children from crawlers to walkers. You can learn more about our childminding program on the OneSpace website.

Fun and Sensory Activities
Not to mention her talent and creativity when it comes to planning activities for our mini-Members. The activities are not only about having fun, but also about encouraging children to explore and develop their senses through curiosity, problem-solving, and creativity. We'd like to share some of our favourite activities created by Karen.
