OneSpace Member Spotlight : Lindsey Lewis

Meet Lindsey!

Lindsey is a longtime OneSpace Member - she and her daughter started visiting OneSpace in June 2022.

They quickly became a big part of the OneSpace community fabric. Lindsey’s daughter has since graduated to elementary school, but Lindsey continues to use OneSpace (yes parents, you can use OneSpace sans kiddos!). She’s one of the Members who inspired us to create our specialized Tailored Membership. Lindsey is continually so supportive of new initiatives that we roll out - she’s the biggest champion of our seasonal Work Dinner series (if you know - you know!).

It’s our turn to highlight the incredible work that Lindsey does!

We’ve partnered with Lindsey on the Women Rise Conversation Series - more on that below!

Lindsey is a professional life, business and leadership coach.

She works with: Entrepreneurial women who want to access a higher level of creativity, purpose and income. Women in the corporate sector who want to experience more fulfillment. Prior to that she was assistant editor of four different publications in Vancouver, a Communications Consultant in the wellness industry, and yoga teacher.

Q & A with Lindsey

Tell us a bit about your career and industry.

I got into coaching because I was determined to find a way to make a bigger impact. I wanted to know without a doubt that my work made a positive difference in the world. The best part about coaching is seeing the difference being made--in real time!

What is a recent accomplishment of yours (or proudest career moment!)?

I feel the most pride in a very maternal way: when I see my clients' growth. Either inside themselves: creating new and transformational ways of thinking. Or outside: they hit their monthly income goal; they get a promotion; they grow their side hustle into their main gig.

Do you have any advice for working moms?

Good grief, no. I need help as much as the next working mom does. And: I guess that's the answer to this question--get all the help you can. Support systems make such a difference. Even if it's something as simple as sharing a laugh about the nuttyness of being a working mom.

What do you like about OneSpace?

So much! I love walking in the door. The space VIBES with good ju-ju. Could be the seemingly hundreds of plants nurtured by Elizabeth? ;)

I love the space I get to work from. I love sharing a laugh with the other women here. I love the dogs. I love Shannon, childcare lead--and my daughter does, too. I love that this space came at exactly the right time for me, just when I needed it.

Any tips for those in the coaching field looking for a place to work?

Find a place like OneSpace. Seriously. Or just come here. The community will boost your spirit and your business. And if you need childcare occasionally, not full time, so you can get on client calls--this is the space.

Is there anything specific about your work you would like to highlight?

Check out my bio for more details! (see intro!)
